Ingredients
For the burger patti:
Turkey Mince
Ground Sage
Fennel Seeds
Finely chopped fresh chilli or dried chilli flakes to taste
A little beaten egg
Stale bread crumbs soaked in milk (squeezed)
Salt and Pepper
To assemble:
Lightly toasted Turkish bread
Rocket
Cranberry sauce
Bri Cheese sliced
Red onion thinly sliced
Method
Combine the ingredients for the burger patti, shape into
patties and place in fridge before shallow frying in olive oil. As an alternative to frying, lightly spray
each side with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and cook in preheated oven
for 20 mins or until cooked.
Assemble the burger using suggested ingredients.
Serving suggestion:
Heston’s triple cooked chips and a glass of SSB
