Chicken
Tikka Burgers with hot tomato relish
Ingredients
Chicken thye fillet
Greek style yogurt
Tikka masala curry paste
Olive oil to brush
Turkish bread or soft burger buns
Butter lettuce
Coriander leaves
Red onion thinly sliced
Hot tomato relish to serve such as Beerenberg hot tomato chutney
Method
Slice chicken thye into
burger portions and marinate in the combined yogurt and curry paste (overnight
if possible). Brush heated chargrill
with the olive oil and cook chicken then rest.
Toast the Turkish bread, top with lettuce, chicken relish or chutney
and yogurt then add coriander and red onion if desired.
